Overview

Mid-Am Metal Forming is a metal fabrication company based in Rogersville, Missouri, specializing in architectural metal forming, fabrication, painting, and assembly. We are looking for a new team member to set up, maintain, and operate tools and machinery in our fabrication department, where each job can be different.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, maintain, and operate tools and machinery in the fabrication department.
  • Lay and mark aluminum components for various cuts or holes.
  • Work with saws, grinders, sanding, and milling machines.
  • Assist the brake press or shear.
  • Participate in assembly on certain projects using adhesives, welding, or other mechanical fasteners.
  • Follow prints and work orders for all tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the constant use of protective gear.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

  • The typical schedule consists of eight hours per day, Monday through Friday.
  • Production is occasionally scheduled to work on a Saturday.
