Overview

We are hiring MIG Welders and Grinder / Parts Cleaners for the fabrication of vehicle parts in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you'll be welding custom bumpers and accessories for off-road vehicles while supporting production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Weld custom bumpers, accessories, and vehicle components
  • Read and follow work instructions and blueprints
  • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Grind, sand, and smooth welded metal parts and assemblies
  • Remove slag, burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections
  • Clean parts in preparation for powder coating and finishing
  • Operate hand grinders, air tools, and shop equipment safely
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of welding, fabrication, grinding, or metal finishing experience preferred
  • Must have your own welding helmet for welding positions and perform a welding test
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Drug screen required upon hire
  • Background check required upon hire

Additional Information

  • Location: Chandler, AZ
  • Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. DOE
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
