Overview

TEAM, Inc. is a global leader in integrated asset integrity solutions, committed to safety, innovation, and performance excellence. They are seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing and Inspection services at various client sites, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods in accordance with TEAM procedures, client specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results using proper forms, digital systems, or reporting platforms.
  • Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel during field operations.
  • Calibrate and operate NDT equipment and related tools safely and effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding job scope, access, and results.
  • Maintain detailed and timely records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
  • Ensure proper radiation safety practices, including the use of dosimetry and area barricading.
  • Adhere to TEAM’s Life Critical Expectations and all site-specific safety protocols.
  • Uphold industry codes and TEAM’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check.
  • Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
  • Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.
  • Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset.
  • Multiple NDT Level II certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies are preferred.
  • API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications are preferred.
  • Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, pipeline projects, or fabrication shops is preferred.
  • Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications are preferred.

Additional Information

  • Position is based out of a TEAM field office or client site location.
  • Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
  • May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
  • Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules as required.
