Overview

At Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors, building trusted partnerships with customers while working independently or in small teams in a field service environment.

Responsibilities

• Install loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Maintain and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a primary customer contact.

Requirements

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
