Responsibilities

• Perform welding using manual and semi-automatic processes.
• Assist branch members in building trench and MAP shoring.
• Conduct spot welding and large repairs on mild and carbon steel.
• Use mathematics for measuring and confirming sizes.
• Engage in physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing.

Requirements

• Previous welding experience with manual and semi-automatic processing.
• Minimum AWS D1.1 certification for unlimited thickness in a 3G or 4G position using FCAW process.
• Preferred certification in structural steel welding.
• Experience with tack welding and converting measurements to decimals.
• Competency with welding tools and reverse engineering for major repairs.

Additional Information

• Hiring immediately.
• Pay starting at $25.75 to $35.00 dependent on experience, paid weekly.
• Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM, overtime eligible.
