Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our Brea team. This is a manufacturing role where you will perform duties associated with all manufacturing operations, including assembly, teardown, troubleshooting, fixturing, and repair of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a project-based manufacturing environment.
  • Perform assembly, disassembly, and refurbishment of hydraulic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
  • Communicate with supervisors, engineers, project managers, and other personnel daily.
  • Maintain adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
  • Be able to multi-task and shift priorities as conditions warrant.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years mechanical experience with hydraulic equipment.
  • Metal fabrication experience including drilling, tapping, grinding, and cutting.
  • Experience in a made to order manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow procedures and engineering drawings.
  • Thorough understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Experience with piping and tubing assemblies preferred.
  • Forklift and overhead crane operation desired.
