The Assembly G1 position is an entry-level role responsible for completing various tasks within Hadrian Assembly areas, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision to meet daily productivity targets safely.
• Demonstrate positive and safe workplace behavior and work as a team.
• Assist in building bathroom partitions using power air tools.
• Perform quality checks and stack assembled partitions safely.
• Comply with EHS guidelines and use required PPE on the shop floor.
• Focus on learning tasks and ensuring quality.
• Perform repetitive tasks and handle materials up to 5-20 lbs.
• Contribute to team functioning by sharing best practices.
• Show a strong desire to train in any/all departments.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• 0-1 years or more increasing responsibility.
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Able to follow Standard Work Instruction for all tasks.
• Must be flexible to work extra hours during weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates some leadership skills through informal coaching.
• Ability and motivation to lead and mentor co-workers.
