Overview

MISTRAS Group is seeking a qualified Multi-Level NDT Technician (Level I, II, and III) to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of non-destructive testing methods and perform inspections in accordance with applicable codes, customer specifications, and company procedures across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Perform NDT inspections using MT, PT, UT, and RT methods.
  • Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
  • Prepare accurate inspection reports and required documentation.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Communicate inspection findings with customers, supervisors, and project teams.
  • Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.
  • Set up and calibrate equipment.
  • Ensure inspections meet applicable code and customer requirements.
  • Travel to customer locations as required.
  • Perform additional inspection methods or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current certifications in MT, PT, UT, and RT.
  • Strong understanding of ASNT, ASTM, API, AWS, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
