Siemens is a Great Place to Work® certified company, committed to fostering an innovative environment. The Manufacturing Assembly Technician will be responsible for operating production equipment and assembling components to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine assembly instructions.
  • Assemble, position, and fasten parts or units using hand and power tools.
  • Measure components and verify tolerances with precision instruments like calipers.
  • Drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes in parts using appropriate equipment.
  • Align and fit component parts using tools, fixtures, or templates.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience with electromechanical assembly.
  • Extensive wiring experience.
  • Direct assembly experience reading and interpreting schematic drawings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, write).
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to learn and process information quickly and execute tasks successfully.

  • Shift: 5:00pm – 3:30am (2-3 months of training will be on 1st shift which is 6:30am - 5pm).
  • One-time sign-on bonus of $1,000, less applicable taxes, payable after 180 days of employment.
