Job Description

Duties:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum tube assemblies and marine components.

Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and detailed specifications.

Fit, tack, fabricate, and assemble aluminum components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company requirements.

Safely operate welding, fabrication, grinding, and measuring equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Follow all safety policies and use required PPE, including eye, hearing, and hand protection.

Take personal responsibility for preventing injury, illness, and damage to company assets.

Work independently while consistently meeting productivity and quality goals.

Demonstrate reliability through excellent attendance, honesty, and professionalism.

Show initiative, a positive attitude, and a desire for growth within the company.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.

Experience MIG welding aluminum required.

Experience TIG welding aluminum required.

Basic fabrication skills required.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Basic math, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

What you'll be running

It is slow, demanding, and the standard for stainless, aluminum, and anything where the bead has to look as good as it holds.
