Responsibilities

  • Provide aircraft disassembly, reassembly, LRU removal and installation, line maintenance, line servicing and inspection level maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness standards and OEM instructions.
  • Inspect and certify all replacement parts prior to installation.
  • Tag and route removed parts to quarantine.
  • Carry out maintenance, repair, modification and daily inspection of company aircraft.
  • Complete and certify work reports for all work accomplished on the aircraft.
  • Read blueprints and interpret complex technical diagrams.
  • Follow company procedures using safe work practices.
  • Perform both line and heavy maintenance activities as per operational standards.
  • Conduct Independent Checks when authorized.
  • Operate aircraft towing equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections on aircraft and systems.
  • Operate and service ground support equipment.
  • Work in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Report any hazards or potential safety risks to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service.
  • Work independently and complete assignments within given parameters.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success on complex assignments requiring technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license/certification or equivalent experience required.
  • Inspection Authorization (IA) certification is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years overall aircraft maintenance experience.

Additional Information

  • Must be a US Citizen or hold a valid Green Card.
  • Domestic and International Travel may be required.
