Overview

Join a leading beverage manufacturing team in Dallas, TX as a Maintenance Technician, where you will support a high-speed beverage production facility by ensuring bottling and utility systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair beverage production and bottling equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and rebuild components
  • Reduce downtime through effective root-cause troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors on repairs and upgrades

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in beverage or high-speed manufacturing
  • High School Diploma/GED (technical training preferred)
  • Mechanical Aptitude Test required
  • Experience with bottling equipment, compressors, boilers, chillers, and water processing
  • Ability to diagnose electrical issues (single/three-phase)
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP a plus)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical inspections
  • Able to work independently and support multiple shifts when needed
