Overview

Advanced Blending Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time Welder to join their production team in Wallace, MI. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment while enjoying weekends free and access to outdoor recreational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various welding techniques including TIG, MIG, shielded metal arc, and gas metal arc.
  • Interpret basic blueprints and weld parts in various positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead.
  • Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, bolt, or grind parts as necessary to fabricate final products to specifications.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure specifications are met.
  • Enter data into the quality management system.
  • Monitor equipment and materials to ensure safe operation while following safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Technical degree/certificate in welding or comparable experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and operate a variety of welding equipment.
  • Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision making and problem solving.
  • Basic computer proficiency to track jobs.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

What you'll be running
