Overview

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions, dedicated to shaping and bettering various industries. The Welder is responsible for accurately assembling components and sub-assemblies through welding and repairing defective welds.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble various components and sub-assemblies into specified fixturing.
  • Join components by applying GMAW (Gas-Metal-Arc Welding).
  • Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor.
  • Rotate into different production teams as necessary to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices and a clean workspace.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Initiative and time management skills.
