Overview

Responsibilities

  • Conduct repairs in a timely manner and monitor operating supply and repair part levels.
  • Conduct hot work, confined spaces, and high altitude tasks.
  • Perform all duties safely and in accordance with Company policies.
  • Keep work area and department clean and organized.
  • Follow instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Train other crew members as required.
  • Conduct daily checks on boilers, air compressors, and dust collectors.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on process and facility equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational at optimal capacity.
  • Troubleshoot equipment when production team reports out-of-normal conditions.
  • Mix dry chemicals in blender for shift’s production.
  • Assist disc operator with pumping of liquid bulk totes of chemicals.
  • Change screens on separators.
  • Support plant ISO program, lean manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support on regulatory audits including waste-water or storm water audit/testing.
  • Ensure warehouse, office, and building needs are met by conducting work or sourcing assistance.

Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of and experience in industrial three-phase, motor control, and networking.

Additional Information

  • Position is entirely based in a manufacturing environment.
  • Shifts last 8-12 hours per day, 4-6 days per week.
  • Requires weekend work as production needs dictate.
  • Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
