Overview

Geiger is seeking dedicated manufacturing talent for the Touch-Up/Final Assembly - Operations Technician position, offering a competitive hourly wage and generous benefits from day one. Responsibilities

  • Reads and interprets written and verbal instructions and work documentation.
  • Completes required paperwork accurately.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment according to safety guidelines.
  • Participates in improvement activities within the department.
  • Performs a minimum of 75% of the jobs in the department at the required rate.
  • Rotates through department work stations based on business needs.
  • Checks equipment and product as needed and reports issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintains regular attendance based on scheduled hours.
  • Works overtime as needed.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience.
  • Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to a changing environment.
