Overview

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is a provider of power systems and solutions that accelerates time-to-power for mission critical environments. They are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to transform technical drawings into precise parts while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Select the right tooling and set up the Accurpress machinery for the perfect bend.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and work orders to produce parts that meet tight tolerances.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and protractors to verify work quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and care on equipment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate an Accurpress or equivalent manual press brake.
  • Strong understanding of metal forming principles.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to help train others.
  • Reliability in attendance and work ethic.

  • Hours for this position are 4 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Friday.
  • The posted hourly rate includes a $2.00/hr shift differential.
