Overview

We are seeking Fitter/Welders for a full-time and permanent position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Candidates must be able to fabricate according to prints and pass a weld test, with 4+ years of proven experience in this field.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate according to prints.
  • Pass a weld test.
  • Set up machines based on each task.
  • Use cutting tools and other related equipment.
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Read and interpret drawings.
  • Use power tools and other equipment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in fitting and welding.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed.
