Job Description

Overview

H&Z Materials Inc. is seeking an experienced field pipe welder/pipefitter for a short-term industrial installation project in Wellsville, Ohio, focusing on carbon steel piping installation work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform carbon steel pipe fitting and alignment.
  • Conduct field welding.
  • Complete approximately 40 pipe weld joints and several structural support welds.
  • Work with pipe sizes ranging from 1/2 inch to 8 inch.

Requirements

  • Experience with industrial pipe welding.
  • Experience with carbon steel welding.
  • Ability to review fit-up conditions and work independently.
  • Reliable transportation to the job site.

  • Temporary project lasting initially 1–3 days.
