All while earning merit-based rewards and incentives and excellent benefits, having</span><span> </span><span>access to tuition reimbursement, and taking part in continuous learning and development.</span></span><span> </span></p></div></div></div><div><p></p><p><u><b><span>A few reasons to consider us:</span></b></u></p><ul><li><span>Quarterly performance based bonus up to $1300 every quarter (4x/year)</span></li><li><span>10% pay differential for 2nd/3rd shift</span></li><li><span>Healthcare Benefits eligible on day one of employment </span></li><li><span>Monthly employee engagement events</span></li><li><span>12 annual paid holidays; vacation eligible at day 30 of employment</span></li><li><span>Climate-controlled building out of the elements</span></li><li><span>Tuition reimbursement benefit</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Roles and Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li>Perform basic weld operations (i.e. work set-up, material handling, part prep, load fixture and tool holders, etc.)</li><li>Weld material with TIG welder.</li><li>Assembles rework parts.</li><li>Certify several material types for TIG and/or EB Welding.</li><li>Knowledge and ability to prep parts for welding.</li><li>Knowledge and use of manual, automatic and dabber TIG (fusion) welding equipment.</li><li>Inspect finished weld and identifies defects.</li><li>Measure parts with precision measuring tools.</li><li>Maintain perishable tools used in the work area and replaces or stocks as necessary.</li><li>Read blue prints and applies prints to assemble parts.</li><li>Contributes to continuous improvement and business initiatives.</li><li>Keeps work area safe and clean.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required:</u></b></p><ul><li>6months-1 year of TIG welding experience</li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li><span>This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Preferred:</b></u></p><ul><li>1&#43; years TIG Welding</li></ul></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><i><span style="font-size:12pt">This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
