Overview

Exential U.S. Inc. is seeking a Welder for the 2nd Shift in Tolleson, AZ. The role involves contributing to engineering excellence in high-tech markets, including semiconductors and biotechnology, while ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the work area and select materials for production.
  • Weld stainless steel and black iron in different positions and gauges.
  • Troubleshoot welding equipment.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Follow established production philosophies to increase production, safety, and quality.
  • Continue to learn and expand skills within the job.
  • Perform various other assignments as directed by the Department Lead.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience performing GTAW; GMAW experience is a plus.
  • Strong GMAW and GTAW welding skills.
  • Ability to read and understand cut sheets and engineering prints.
  • Knowledge of basic metallurgy and weld symbols.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal layout.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16".
