Overview

The Worker, Maintenance position at Phoenix Premium Outlets is responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, and structural elements of the center.

Responsibilities

  • Routinely inspect the facility and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on interior and exterior areas, including painting, drywall, and plumbing repairs.
  • Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the property.
  • Assist other departments with event setups and cart placements.
  • Follow safety standards and regulatory guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance programs as assigned.
  • Maintain inventory systems, records, and safety data sheets.
  • Inspect air handling units and maintain logs of activities.
  • Perform exterior custodial duties as needed.
  • May perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical School certifications and/or training preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of building maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, plans, and schematic drawings.
  • Skills in painting, electrical, plumbing, and drywall.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Capability to diagnose problems on equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical systems and safety rules.
  • Basic knowledge of fire protection hydraulic and alarm systems.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
