Overview

Sazerac Company is home to over 450 extraordinary brands, creating spirits and experiences for people globally. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is safe and functional, performing maintenance and repairs across various systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems, buildings, and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and safety systems to identify potential hazards.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following company safety procedures.
  • Work with internal teams and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and support facility projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related skilled trade.
  • Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and general building maintenance practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize maintenance requests.
