Location: Linwood, PA

Schedule: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM

Job Type: Full-Time

New Hudson Facades is looking for dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our third-shift manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with machinery, producing quality parts, and being part of a team.

Experience in machining, fabrication, CNC equipment, or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Training will be provided on our specific equipment and processes.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently Load materials and parts into machines Monitor equipment and adjust machine settings as needed Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring tools to inspect completed parts Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications Identify quality concerns and report equipment issues Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance Record production and quality information Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

Previous machine operation, machining, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn Basic math and computer skills Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and the ability to work the full third-shift schedule Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed
