Overview

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Tester for the 1st Shift in Glenolden, PA. The Tester will be responsible for testing electro-mechanical products for compliance with Acceptance Test Procedures and customer/internal drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Verify product compliance to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and maintain accurate ATP records.
  • Utilize test fixtures and equipment to perform ATP.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose common failure modes when test failures occur.
  • Inspect and diagnose PC Boards to component level for failure analysis.
  • Work from work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to assemble electro-mechanical components.
  • Coordinate with Engineering group for shared resources and test validation.
  • Identify and initiate continuous improvement for product safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. Government export regulations.

  • Hourly rate is $26.50 per hour.
  • No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must be within a 50-mile radius.
