We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail who has a genuine interest in working in a manufacturing environment, producing custom orders to specification.

This position reports to the VP of Operations and your responsibilities will include:

Cut, saw, drill and trim aluminum profiles according to specifications

Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available

Selects and installs blade on machine; sets controls to adjust speed and blade tensions

Conduct quality inspections on products and parts

Prepare finished products for assembly or shipment

Support CNC milling as needed

Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Support in other areas of production as needed

The ideal Production Employee will possess:

Previous experience in manufacturing, cutting or milling.

Ability to handle physical workload (lift up to 50 lbs.) and stand for long periods of time

Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack and/or sit down forklift

Willingness to cross train in multiple areas of production

Ability to work well in teams, strong work-ethic

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
