Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe operation and maintenance of building facilities.
  • Repair and adjust doors, windows, closures, panic devices, and locks.
  • Patch holes, install escutcheons, and repair ceiling and floor tiles as needed.
  • Make minor masonry and wood repairs.
  • Install pictures, coat hooks, and other wall-hung furnishings and equipment as requested.
  • Perform preventive maintenance activities and respond to customer complaints.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in building maintenance.
  • Working knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, plant operations, structural, or general carpentry.
  • May require a valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist may be required.
