Overview

Dent Wizard is the nation’s leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products, offering opportunities across 43 states with a strong business model. They are seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician who will enjoy a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs.
  • Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
  • Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
  • Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
  • Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
  • Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

  • This position is 100% commission based.
  • The compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
