Overview

Loenbro is seeking experienced Welders for their Casper Fab Shop team, focusing on delivering high-quality welding services on time and within budget. The company values integrity, teamwork, and excellence while providing a supportive environment for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial oil refining piping and associated structures.
  • Supervise and train welder helpers.
  • Develop a complete understanding of contract plans and specifications, and plan, lay-out, install and/or repair all types of pipe.
  • Examine and inspect field conditions to identify problems and cost-saving measures.
  • Choose filler metals and construction materials to complete assignments.
  • Observe functioning of installed equipment to determine hazards and need for adjustments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of welding principles experience.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.
  • Welding experience in the construction, mining or related industry or a two-year vocational-technical degree.
  • Working knowledge of various welding codes and specifications.
  • Familiarity with properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
  • Experience with SMAW and FCAW welding processes.

What you'll be running
