Overview

Rehrig Pacific is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Pallet Teardown, which involves inspecting, repairing, and restoring pallets to support sustainable operations. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with great benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate whitewood pallets and determine repair needs using established criteria.
  • Operate industrial table saws to salvage reusable components.
  • Use nail guns, hammers, and other tools to repair pallets.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace with 'clean as you go' practices.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols.
  • Meet production and quality targets in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools (nail gun, hammer, Sawzall, etc.).
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Forklift experience is a plus; certification preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a bonus.
