Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and operating standard shop machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG, and/or stick welding on Carbon Steel.
  • Fabricate and assemble components using blueprints, schematics, or work instructions.
  • Set up and operate fabrication and machining equipment, including saws, grinders, and hand tools.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specifications using precision tools.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to drawings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping policies.
  • Assist in material handling, inventory, and general shop duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • 1–3 years of experience in welding, fabrication, or machine operation preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and proper PPE use.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Additional Information

  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday 6 am-4:30 pm, Most Saturdays 6 am-12 pm (Overtime).
  • Night Shift: Monday-Friday 4:30 pm-2:30 am, Saturday 12 pm-6 pm.

What you'll be running
