Overview

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder with hands-on fabrication experience in the manufacturing of commercial smokers, broilers, grills, or similar metal equipment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in TIG welding stainless steel and able to produce clean, strong, and precise welds.

Responsibilities

  • TIG weld and fabricate smokers, broilers, grills, and related metal equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
  • Set up and operate TIG welding equipment and related fabrication tools.
  • Weld stainless steel and other metals while maintaining high-quality weld appearance and strength.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components accurately.
  • Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of welded components.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and dimensional specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous TIG welding experience is required.
  • Fabrication experience with smokers, broilers, grills, or similar equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience welding stainless steel.
  • Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to use measuring tools and hand/power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical fabrication work.
