Overview

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing team as Welders/Fabricators and Warehouse Workers. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term opportunity to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate high-quality custom aluminum boat trailers that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Assist with components and materials required for fabrication and assembly of custom boat trailers.
  • Receive and organize incoming stock.
  • Prepare components for production.
  • Pack and ship orders.
  • Operate warehouse equipment.
  • Assist the fabrication team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Aluminum welding experience strongly preferred for Welder/Fabricator applicants.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques for welding applicants.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately.
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand, shop, and fabrication tools.
  • Must be organized, punctual, dependable, and reliable.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with the company.
