Overview

The Formation Eval Assembler is responsible for maintaining inventory, improving assembly processes, and performing various tasks including soldering and resin mixing. The role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain inventory supply by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipate needed supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing improvement processes to enhance assembly and production areas.
  • Solder components.
  • Accurately measure and mix resin/adhesive components to specified formulas and procedures.
  • Perform vacuum assisted resin infusion.
  • Assist in prototype builds to generate concepts for design and process improvements.
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the facility by identifying and reporting hazards.
  • Fulfill duties and responsibilities of WL Assembler 1.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with formation, evaluation, or testing processes in a production setting is advantageous.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment.
  • Exposure to quality control procedures and inspection processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Competence in assembling small or complex components with high precision.
  • Basic understanding of electrical testing and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
  • Basic computer literacy including data entry and production tracking systems.
  • Ability to identify defects and perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to follow structured processes consistently.
  • Capability to work shifts if required.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
