Overview

The Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I/II/III position involves performing a variety of assembly operations on electronic or electromechanical components in a certified manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail and precision while working with small components and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of assembly operations and tasks on electronic or electromechanical components.
  • Execute complex assembly tasks from established prints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Perform delicate placement and alignment, wire bonding, and hand soldering of small components.
  • Use soldering irons, crimping tools, and other special tooling as required.
  • Conduct rework requiring similar assembly operations.
  • Work accurately and consistently with very small components on a repetitive basis.
  • Regularly use a microscope for assembly and inspection.
  • Follow established assembly procedures, prints, and drawings.
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout the assembly process.

Requirements

  • Experience with electronic or electromechanical assembly preferred.
  • Hand soldering experience preferred.
  • Soldering certification is a plus.
  • Experience with EB welding and/or brazing is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with small components and hand tools on a repetitive basis.
  • Ability to read and work from technical prints and drawings.
  • Ability to perform precise assembly and rework operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
