Overview

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a CNC Maintenance Mechanic III to efficiently plan, install, and repair CNC and manual machines. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and adhere to safety procedures while contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and adhere to company safety procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety and report unsafe practices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workplace in line with preventative maintenance programs.
  • Prepare and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts.
  • Lead equipment installation, removal, or relocation.
  • Interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and troubleshoot repair needs.
  • Implement Lock Out/Tag Out procedures when servicing machines.
  • Perform all other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machines.
  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience with proven knowledge in CNC and manual machine equipment.
  • At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
  • At least 2 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • At least 2 years of experience utilizing measuring devices such as micrometers, gages, meters, and calipers.

  • This position will be fully based on site.
