Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform, monitor, and evaluate preventative maintenance plans while working towards improving equipment and processes. Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance for extrusion blow molding and support machinery to assure uninterrupted and optimal operations.
  • Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution.
  • Repair and rebuild spare parts.
  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, and procedures.
  • Expand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and equipment modification projects.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 3rd shift, along with overtime and vacation coverage as needed.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience with Graham Wheel, case packers, and box machines is preferred.
  • Solid hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation.
