Overview

The Branch Coordinator Spray Equipment Repair is a full-time position at Sherwin-Williams that plays a crucial role in the success of retail stores by assisting customers with their spray equipment needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role involves performing repairs, educating customers, and maintaining inventory while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on all types of spray equipment at the store or at customers' job sites.
  • Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment.
  • Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locate out-of-stock parts as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
  • Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must operate material handling equipment safely once trained.
  • If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have received a 'meets expectations' rating on the most recent performance appraisal.
  • If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for the current position.
