Overview

As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road. This entry-level position offers training in vehicle maintenance and the opportunity for career advancement in a company that values customer service and employee growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
  • Performing vehicle readiness inspections to check tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
  • Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
  • Building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs.
  • Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work outside.
  • Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions and safety policies.
