Overview

Carvana is seeking experienced paintless dent repair technicians with at least 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience. As part of the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history, technicians will utilize advanced techniques to repair vehicle panels while enjoying competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Use advanced glue-pulling techniques for paintless dent repair.
  • Repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
