Overview

This position offers a $5k sign-on bonus and involves working on advanced electronics in the aerospace and defense industry at BAE Systems. The Test Technician III will perform operational tests on production components and systems, contributing to the company's mission of innovation and protection.

Responsibilities

  • Perform operational tests on a variety of moderately complex production components, subassemblies, and systems.
  • Use data sheets, schematics, wiring diagrams, established test specifications, and standard test procedures.
  • Proficiently operate standard bench test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
  • Interpret test data and check results against specifications to determine product functionality and quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4 years RF or Microwave testing/Electrical testing experience.
  • Proficiency in standard bench test equipment.

Additional Information

  • This is a second shift position usually starting after 3pm.
  • There is an additional 10% shift differential on top of hourly rate.
