Overview

The Production Assembler I position at Luminator Technology Group involves performing intermediate to advanced electro-mechanical assembly operations as part of a team focused on growth and shareholder value. The role requires hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble component parts into sub-assemblies and complete fixtures including complex wiring.
  • Perform functional test procedures as appropriate.
  • Read and comprehend a bill of materials and drawings.
  • Perform set-ups using basic tools, jigs, and tests.
  • Review equipment protocols necessary within setup.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Knowledge of testing, repair, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Ability to listen and understand information presented through spoken words.
  • Ability to communicate information effectively in speaking.
  • Ability to read and understand written information.
  • Ability to solder through hole and surface mount components.
  • Ability to read and explain schematics.
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs occasionally.
