Overview

MIINC Mechanical Contractors is seeking entry level Sheet Metal Installers to support commercial sheet metal crews on project sites. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in sheet metal installation while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and empowering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with commercial sheet metal installation.
  • Carry, stage, and organize ductwork, materials, and tools.
  • Position and install ductwork and related components under direction of experienced crew members.
  • Seal ductwork and assist with preparing systems for installation.
  • Follow direction from Journeymen, Foremen, and other experienced field personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Support the crew as needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Construction, HVAC, sheet metal, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn commercial sheet metal installation.
  • Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and following jobsite requirements.
