The MECH TECH P 3 (WELDER) position at HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding involves performing welding processes on aluminum and steel parts and assemblies, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Apprentice graduate/Associate's Degree in relevant discipline and 3 years of related experience.
  • May require certification.
