Overview

The Automation Assembler position involves assembling parts according to instructions while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires the use of various tools and equipment, and the ability to perform tasks within a specified time frame.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings for assembly tasks.
  • Use torque wrenches to specifications.
  • Rig complete machines with overhead cranes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
  • Identify product defects and document them.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Assemble units as directed with a focus on quality.
  • Perform adjustments to meet factory settings and specifications.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as required.
  • Support company policies and good manufacturing practices.

Requirements

  • High School education preferred.
  • Assembly experience required.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
  • Basic reading and computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math operations.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to an Injury-Free Environment.

Additional Information

  • Work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
