Overview

Chromalloy is a global engineering and solutions company that provides aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions for aircraft engines and gas turbines. The company is seeking a Production Worker for the 2nd shift to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
  • Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
  • Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
  • Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

  • Shift: 2nd shift, Monday through Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm.
  • Union: This position is represented by Local 475.
  • Shift Differential: 10%.
  • Starting Rate: $21.56/hr.
