Overview

Spring Engineers of Houston is a supplier of springs, stampings, and custom metal products for various markets. Due to strong growth, they are seeking CNC Machinists with setup and programming experience to join their production department in an air-conditioned facility in Northwest Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and program CNC machinery.
  • Broaden career experience through training on state-of-the-art machinery.
  • Understand testing of mechanical springs after training.
  • Read prints and be responsible for own setups.

Requirements

  • Experience in CNC machining setup and programming.
  • Desirable experience with metal forming, spring manufacturing, and CNC Wireforming equipment.
  • Knowledge of SPC, electronic gauging, and process improvement methods is a plus.
  • Experience with general metalworking machinery.
