Overview

This position is for an Electromechanical Assembler at a leading aerospace organization that specializes in high-reliability electronic solutions for mission-critical industries. Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot a variety of complex electromechanical assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Perform high-quality soldering and desoldering tasks in accordance with J-STD-001 Class III standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections on products and parts to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
  • J-STD-001 Class III Solder Certification desired or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • Extensive experience with soldering, wiring, and integrating complex electronic components.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
