Overview

Standex International is a global industrial growth company that operates through market-leading brands in various sectors including electronics and aerospace. The Press Shop Worker position involves manufacturing large customized metal-formed components for aerospace applications using advanced forming technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Epicor to clock in & out of work & jobs
  • Handle parts and materials
  • Clean or lubricate parts
  • Assist in internal and external set-up activities
  • Assist in press activities- ensure & verify press process
  • Hand form parts to punch

Requirements

  • No experience required (on the job training)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be open to overtime
  • Six (6) months experience in warehouse production or manufacturing environment is valued
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is valued
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Ability to be detail-oriented
