Overview

Our client, a rapidly expanding international organization supporting the semiconductor industry, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Valve Repair Technician to become a vital part of their growing team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers hands-on experience with industrial valve assembly, troubleshooting, and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Support the assembly, rebuilding, and testing of industrial valves and related equipment.
  • Contribute directly to critical operations in a fast-paced industrial setting.
  • Work with tools, follow technical documents, and solve mechanical challenges.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with mechanical components and tools.
  • Ability to read and follow schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, repair, or manufacturing.
  • Experience with pneumatic, pressure, or vacuum testing of mechanical systems.

  • Willingness to follow instructions precisely and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Additional certifications related to mechanical repair or cleanroom procedures are a bonus.
